RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third- party designated by you, which is not the carrier, has taken possession of the most recently ordered goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an unequivocal notification (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email), to:

You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

You can also complete the model cancellation form or submit a separate unequivocal cancellation request electronically. If you use this option, we will send you (e.g. via email) confirmation of the receipt of such cancellation.

To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient to send us notification of your wish to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from you choice of a type if delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the good, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods back within United Kingdom if you use the return label provided by us. If you do not use the return label for sending the goods back you will have to bear the direct costs of returning them.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary Returns Guarantee

Without affecting your statutory rights, we also offer the following Voluntary Returns Guarantee for Consumer (not Business or Trader) transactions:

All Goods purchased online from the United Kingdom may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the Goods providing the Goods are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. You must notify us of your request to return items before we can accept them.

If you return Goods according to this Voluntary Returns Guarantee, we will refund to you the purchase price already paid by you, but not the delivery costs of your initial purchase. Likewise, the transport risk and return costs are borne by you. This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your statutory right of cancellation as described above.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@calmingbreath.com. We will bear the costs of returning the goods back within United Kingdom if you use the return label provided by us. If you do not use the return label for sending the goods back you will have to bear the direct costs of returning them.
